1 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a site. They help sites remember your actions and preferences (e.g. language, login state, chosen currency) so you don't have to re-enter them on every visit.
The vinstatus.store site uses cookies to ensure the basic operation of the Service, security, usability, and traffic analysis. This Policy describes which files we set and for what purposes.
2 Cookie categories
All cookies on our site fall into two main categories:
Strictly necessary (required)
Without these cookies the site cannot function. They enable account login, session security, and correct payment processing. No consent is required for their use — they do not track you outside the Service.
Analytics (optional)
They help us understand how users interact with the site — which pages they visit more often and where they run into difficulties. They are used in anonymized form. You can decline them without losing any Service functionality.

4 Third-party services
Some cookies are set not by us but by third-party services we use:
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud protection. Stripe policy →
- Google Analytics / Google Ads — visit analytics and conversion attribution. Google policy →
- Google Fonts — font loading (without setting cookies on our domain).
These services may set their own cookies in accordance with their policies. We have no direct control over the contents of these files.
5 Managing cookies
You can manage cookies in several ways:
- Via the cookie banner — on your first visit you can accept, decline, or configure optional cookies. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer;
- Via browser settings — most browsers let you block cookies, clear existing ones, or get a notification when they are set. Instructions for popular browsers:
- Via dedicated extensions — for example, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, or your browser's built-in privacy tools.
Please note: blocking required cookies may cause certain site features (account login, payment) to stop working. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect the Service.
6 Retention period
Cookies are divided into:
- Session — deleted automatically when the browser closes;
- Persistent — stored until the specified term expires or until the user deletes them manually.
The exact term of each cookie is shown in the table in section 3.
7 Policy changes
We may update this Policy periodically — for example, when adding new services or changing technical implementations. The current version is always available on this page. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the document.
For material changes that require new consent (e.g. adding a new category of tracking cookies), we will show the cookie banner again.
